3. Zeeco Duct Burner

  • Low NOx (TEG): 0.05 to 0.08 #/MMBtu

Airflow Models

Airflow is one of the most significant contributors to combustion performance and poor airflow distribution can lead to higher excess air requirements, stability and vibration problems and poor boiler turn down rates.
Conventional burner designs assume that there is balanced airflow to all burners, an even peripheral distribution around each burner entrance and no swirl entering or inside the burner.
