Our Story

Having started his career in the 1970s as a young engineer, the founder of GIANTECH, Mr. Goh Soo Heong, developed a passion for the Hamworthy MOSS IGG & IGS systems, earning him a reliable reputation amongst customers and equipment makers.

Today, GIANTECH is the authorised after-sales service centre for reputable and reliable marine equipment makers in Singapore. Under the leadership of our Technical Director, Mr Jerry Liu, our team provides one-stop comprehensive solutions for boilers, burners, inert gas systems (including N2 systems) and Incinerator systems – BBII solutions. The objective is to streamline communication and provide an all-round servicing to ship owners and ship managers.

Formerly representing Kangrim (IGG and boilers), Maritime Protection (IGG), and Kashiwa (IGG), our service engineers are maker-trained.

Our service engineers in Europe specialize in Boilers, Burners and Incinerators by a wide range of makers, such as Sunflame, Saacke, Oilon, Volcano, Weishaupt, Hamworthy, Kangrim, Aalborg, and other boiler makers. 

Since 2017, GIANTECH has also developed many initiatives, including Gotrix, to better help ship superintendents and crew manage and troubleshoot their vessel’s systems themselves.
