2nd Batch of GIA Engineers Attend Pres-Vac PV Valves Training

Two GIA engineers spent 5 days in Shanghai, China to attend the latest technical course conducted by Pres-Vac Engineering.

Conducted by Senior engineers from Denmark, the 4 day course was also attended by other engineers from Korea and China. The course is part of the efforts by the Pressure Vacuum (PV) Valves maker to set up Service & Repair Centres across the globe, to offer ship-managers with proficient engineers to support them in the upcoming years when new IMO regulations and vetting requirements kick in.

The student engineers were individually graded and awarded with an official license that officially certified them for their work on the Pres-Vac PV valves.
