Maritime Protection (MP) was invited to give a presentation at Jurong Shipyard on 19 March 2014. Senior Sales Manager Knut Arild Kaupang, who has been with MP for 18 years, gave the presentation and training. He gave a detailed presentation on MP’s products including their Inert Gas Generators (IGG) and Dry Inert Gas Generator (DIGG). Mr Knut also shared his vast experience with all the engineers and drew on his extensive knowledge to answer questions.

The question and answer segment after the presentation was especially useful in helping the engineers get a clearer understanding of Inert Gas equipment and the different important considerations. The whole session was very fruitful  in boosting the engineers’ knowledge of MP and their products and it has done much in enabling better service provision to ship managers and owners.

We can look forward to more of such training by MP in the future to enhance shipyard engineers’ capability in their Inert Gas Systems needs.
