We are pleased to announce that with effect from April 5, 2016, GIA will assume the name of GIANTECH Engineering Pte Ltd.

This new name, GIANTECH, which embodies GIA, reflects both our core strengths and our ambitions. We aim to continue leveraging on our technical strengths in Inert Gas Systems, PV Valves and Boilers — our ‘TECH’ capabilities, and we aspire to be a leader and ‘GIANT’ in the servicing of these equipment in the marine and selected land-based sectors.

GIA was founded 16 years ago by Mr. S H Goh. Since then, the business has grown from strength to strength, into a company in the marine sector catering to a full range of engineering services.

Our investors, Titan Capital, will enhance GIANTECH’s financial strength, product and services scope and delivery capabilities, through knowledge management and IT platforms. GIANTECH is also looking at expanding our geographical coverage by hiring more engineers and opening new offices in Asia.

Our utmost priority is to better serve all of you, our valued customers, and address your engineering problems on a timely basis, by improving equipment performance and reducing downtime.

In this new partnership, the management of GIANTECH will remain unchanged. Our current team of dedicated individuals will also continue to serve you.

We are extremely grateful for your support all these years, and we assure you that we will continue to work hard to serve and meet your needs in the coming years.
